I am a piano teacher and a composer. My first love is actually being a lyricist, but I have tried my hand at composition a bit and found that I like that too.

Song background:

I had written this melody several years ago with pioneer words for an event in our Stake. Lately, I have some children that have stepped away from the church. The melody came back into my mind several times, so I re-wrote the words with the feelings from my heavy heart. The world is crazy loud and there are so many choices but I know we can stay on the path the Lord has made for us, doing our best, step by step.
