About 1975, I was driving through Wyoming, looked up at the clouds and tried to fit them with a melody. I sang, "The clouds drift by in the bright blue ski." I changed the words to fit the theme of th this present song because that is just the way my mind headed.. Caleb Cuzner was kind enoough to spend his time arrangeing it for both of us,.
